We do not sell products, we offer real hope for free. We were lucky enough to get a second chance at life and want to spread the word that second chances do exist. Getting healthy is no exception.
We do speaking engagements that offer our life experiences and our best tips on weight loss and fitness issues. By telling our stories, we strive to give others the mental tools we have successfully used to cope through many tough issues, such as emotional eating, binge eating, exercising while disabled, considering gastric bypass v/s traditional weight loss, and the feeling of hopelessness that comes with being overweight, just to name a few. We promote using the SparkPeople.com way of life.
Our experiences in weight loss:
Beth lost around 250 pounds with no weight loss surgery, just SparkPeople.com for guidance and support with diet and exercise.
Tina lost around 200 pounds with weight loss surgery, diet and exercise. She regained 100 pounds after the surgery and revamped her lifestyle with SparkPeople.com in order to sucessfully take her weight off and take back her life for good. She has now lost more weight than she originally did after her surgery.
The reason we say "Around" before our weight loss is because we are still on our journeys and losing weight. The weight mentioned is the highest weight loss achieved thus far.
